• This one hour HRCI training is designed for Human Resources Executives, Recognition Professionals and Line Managers who have a direct infl uence on the positive behaviors of employees.
Jim Drakakis has over 20 years experience helping Human Resources professionals improve business performance and employee productivity. His extensive background includes helping organizations improve payroll processing, maximize HRIS effi ciencies and improve employee retention. He has held senior management positions in sales and marketing for Control Data Corporation, Computer Associates, The O.C. Tanner Company, BI Performance Improvement and Tharpe Robbins. He is currently the Vice President of Sales for CSI International, a resource provider specializing in employee recognition programs and spot recognition systems.
